Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 or 3/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 1/4 cup of sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 112.5 oz can of chicken
  • 2 cream cheese

Directions

  • Shred the chicken with a knife after you drain it
  • Put it in the pan with the hot sauce (let cook for a few minutes)
  • Add in the cream cheese and ranch
  • Once that is all combined and melted add the shredded cheese

However, healthier versions of buffalo chicken dip can be made with ingredients like Greek yogurt, part-skim mozzarella, and low-sodium hot pepper sauce. You can also use grilled chicken instead of canned chicken.
