Cilantro Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 oz (350 g) full fat sour cream
  • 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 cup (rinsed and packed) cilantro
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice 
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt (do not over salt) 

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or a food processor
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Scrape the sides of the blender a few times while blending
  4. Sauce should be moderately thin in texture.
