Things to consider about this recipe:

  • Turkey is one of the healthiest meat options available. It has less saturated fat than ground beef and more polyunsaturated fat, which is more nutritious. It is rich in B-complex vitamins, niacin, B6, and B12. It can also help support a healthy metabolism.
    • However, it is important to note that all meats contain fat, and turkey is no exception. Limiting your portion size can help keep your fat intake in check. You may also consider using a fat-free turkey as a low-calorie option.
